AI Disclosure
Kleos uses AI assistants to support sales operations, voice outreach, booking, coaching, summarization, and reporting. This page explains how Kleos identifies AI involvement and gives people control.
What the AI assistant does
When Kleos places or supports a call, the voice may be an AI assistant acting for the responsible business named on the call. Its job is to have a useful conversation, answer within approved boundaries, handle objections politely, and where there is a fit, book a meeting, callback, appraisal, estimate, strategy call, or other approved appointment with a human team member.
Kleos AI may also help prepare scripts, review transcripts, summarize calls, create closer handoff notes, score campaign performance, draft recommendations, and coach sales technique. Risky actions such as live calls, billing changes, production script activation, consent changes, suppression changes, and external messages remain controlled by product gates and approvals.
How we disclose
AI disclosure follows the rule for the region, channel, call type, and campaign. Where proactive disclosure is required, the assistant states at the start that it is an AI assistant for the responsible business. Where on-request disclosure applies, the assistant answers honestly and immediately if asked whether it is AI, automated, or a bot.
In every case, the assistant must not claim to be a specific human, must not deny being AI, and must identify the business responsible for the call with a valid callback path. Partner outbound calls are normally branded as the partner's call; Kleos is named when Kleos itself is the business responsible for the outreach.
Your controls
- You can opt out at any time by telling the assistant not to call again. Kleos records suppression so future calls are blocked.
- You can ask whether the assistant is AI and receive a direct answer.
- You can ask to speak with a human, ask for a callback, or end the conversation.
- Calls are placed only within configured calling windows for the relevant local time.
- If you have a privacy request, you can contact the responsible business or Kleos using the contact details below.
The chat assistant on our websites
Separately from voice calls, Kleos runs an AI chat assistant on its public websites. It identifies itself as an AI assistant, answers honestly if you ask whether it is automated, and will not claim to be a specific person. It can book a strategy call with a human team member, and you can ask to speak to a person at any point.
The assistant answers from Kleos's own published material, and from the single web page you send it if you choose to send one. It is instructed to say so plainly when it could not read a page, rather than guessing about a business it has not seen. What the chat collects is described in the Privacy Policy.
Recording, transcripts, and review
Audio recording is off by default. Recording may be enabled only when the campaign has the required configuration, notice, lawful basis, and approval. Transcripts and summaries may be created where lawful for reporting, quality assurance, follow-up, compliance review, and approved learning workflows. Transcripts may be redacted or deleted when eligible, while suppression records are retained so opt-outs continue to be honored.
Human review and learning
Kleos can use AI to draft recommendations and identify learning opportunities from outcomes, transcripts, scripts, and campaign data. These learning outputs are reviewed and gated before they affect production behavior. Kleos does not use Google Calendar user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Limits of the AI assistant
- The assistant cannot provide professional advice or make decisions reserved for a human business representative.
- The assistant cannot ignore opt-outs or bypass compliance gates.
- The assistant cannot promise prices, discounts, eligibility, legal outcomes, financing, availability, or results outside approved partner instructions.
- The assistant must escalate or stop when the conversation becomes sensitive, unsafe, abusive, or outside scope.
